Clemi does seem extremely cute, though I don't actually believe it has a good chance. To be honestly honestly honestly honest, I think that the manga is more Umi/Ascot oriented. There was only the one scene in the manga, and absolutely nothing else. The anime has a little more Clemi though....
Of course, if you wanna go all the way to the OAV, then it's absolute hardcore Clemi right there. <3
Interesting, it's like a scale. The manga has the lowest Clemi, the anime a little bit of Clemi, and then the OAV which has it as obvious canon.....
and the more Umi/Clef, the further away from the original story. O_o;;;;
So I'd guess I'd go for Umi/Ascot. *shot*
As for Hikaru fandom, we all know that I'm a Hikaru fan, so I'd obviously have a pairing for her... *points at avatar*

I'd guess I'd go for the obvious canon pairing, since there wasn't many choices to pick. MKR doesn't leave you with a lot of choices, since it doesn't really emphasize a lot on couples... -_____-''' And Lantis and Hikaru are cute anyways. <3
...Maybe it's Lantis' family curse to fall in love with the pillar; just one of my crazy ideas... XD
Also, to tell the truth, I don't like Eagle that much. *is shot again*

... well, if we're discussing non-yaoi pairings than my OTP is shot out of the sky here.  That's okay! I have a het OTP! ... that's also not on this list. ... because it's not canon. ... Geo/Tatra, anyone? I voted for Lafarga/Caldina because out of all the pairings on the list, this is a pairing that I'd be inspired to write and I'd read only from a summary that might say nothing more than "Lafarga/Caldina!" I'd read the others, but the summary had better be interesting to pull in. Besides, I think they're really, really cute. I just remember the blushing cuteness that was in the manga when Caldina was asked why she stuck around Cephiro instead of going back to Chizeta, and I smile. Seriously, WTF, Lafarga was blushing. It blew me away, like if CLAMP ever drew Lantis blushing. I think I'd be a Lantis/Hikaru fanatic if they drew Lantis blushing. (To be honest, I do like Lantis/Hikaru, I really do... but more of a "I'll accept this as canon" way and I prefer it over Eagle/Hikaru anyway.) |

I would also have to say that outside of my favourite pairing, Lafarga/Caldina is second place. I do love the two of them together, and unlike what I say about other pairings (and the need for fluffy kittens) they do have a level of depth. I always think about writing for that pairing, but it just hasn’t happened yet.
And, Down, there should be a poll button. If you want to make one, you are more than welcome to. I will laugh.
Bearit, Geo/Tatra is an interesting thought, and might work.

Hehe, I've actually loved the idea of Geo/Tatra for a long while. The idea, to me, is just too sickeningly cute to avoid. I mean, I love my Geo/Eagle, but that just gets to be too angsty sometimes. Geo/Tatra would not necessarily be angsty, and uber uber cute.
... maybe because in a way, Tatra reminds me of what a female!Eagle would be like. Except, you know, sans a death wish. Therefore, sans the angst. *lol* (I love angst, don't get me wrong, but sometimes I just want a happy, fluffy fic, and I think Geo/Tatra would be just that. I've wanted to write a fic for them for a long time, but I can't seem to ever come up with a good way to get them together. D: Curse non-canon pairings, making my life difficult! though for some reason it was a lot easier for me to write a Zazu/Ascot fic without too much trouble....... I just lost motivation to finish it ^^;)
Along the lines of Lafarga/Caldina, I am surprised more people don't write about them. Or draw them. Maybe I'll try my hand at writing a fic about them, just to increase the number of fics there are about them, because, uh, I think Aska/Sang Yung might have more fics dedicated to them. ^^; (Another couple I adore, but... Lafarga and Caldina are more established canon than Aska and Sang Yung! *flails*)
