I'll look for you there! I should be cosplaying as well...as Ikari Gendou and that's only because it's a character that has a beard that I can pull off.

Knowing that my AX plans are turning out just fine.
But also my performance review was yesterday. At Starbucks (and probably a bunch of other places) you get rated on a scale of 1 to 3 (which is also the percentage of your raise). A 1 is Needs Improvement, a 2 is Meets Expectations and a 3 is Exceeds Expectations. It's possible to get right in the middle, so they do a lot of rounding. Basically 1-1.59 is a 1, a 1.6-2.59 is a 2 and 2.6-3 is obviously a 3. Have I lost anyone yet?
Anyways, my first review was like a 1.9 or a 1.95, so I got a 2. I was told to improve and if I got a 3 on my next review, they'd look at me for a promotion to Shift Supervisor. That was back in January. Fast-forwarding to yesterday. I went in, went over my review with my boss and everything went fine. After some calculations, it was determined that I got a 2.61 this time, which rounds up to a 3, and within the next 2 months, I'll get my promotion.
So yeah, that's what's made my day.

I picked up a copy of .hack//G.U. Vol.2: Reminisce today and I booked my flight to California for AX. Any of you Californians that are going to AX have the chance to meet me in person.
*thinks about that*
Yeah, scratch that. You probably wouldn't want to do that. Hell, I don't even want to meet me. XD

Just some pictures of my car. I don't mean to rub it in or anything, I just figured some people would like to see it.

Jealous here! Im still driving my banged up '98 malibu.
Well, look at it this way. I have a long way to go to pay this car off. I have to have it paid off in 6 years. Of course, I'm aiming for less than that.
That's where a bulk of my money is going.

Thanks y'all. I have so far. The ride is so smooth that it's hard to tell that you're going 70 miles an hour. XD

Well, a new car. I posted about it in the "what made your day today" thread. It's a nice 2007 Kia Spectra. It's brand new and before I put my hands on it, it had only been driven a total of 16 miles.

What made my day today? Oh nothing too big. Rumor of a possible promotion at work, not getting carded for buying some Nyquil, got a brand new car, nothing too big really.
Oh, except for the car, of course. I got a 2007 Kia Spectra and it's Ice Blue. I'll have some pictures of it up soon. I'm so giddy now!

I like the picture. You look really pretty.
And since I'm in here, here's a few pictures of my girlfriend and me at her prom.

A little back story on my girlfriend and me (Mils knows this), we actually met on the same Witch Hunter Robin forum. We talked online a few times and right before Anime Expo in 2005, we both decided to go. We first met when she flew down to Dallas and we both flew out on the same flight to Long Beach for the convention. Just over 3 weeks later, we started a long-distance relationship and it's held strong for the last 21 months.
I went to see her last weekend and these pictures in the link above are of us at her prom.

Awesome. I've never seen shots with Maria as playable. I didnt know you could fully access them in saturn. Heck I just learned they release sotn for xbox360. I wonder if its the saturn or playstation version and if you can access those places? humm...
I've got it on my XBox 360. It's the PlayStation version.

Yeah, happened while I was in highschool. One of my brother's friends (I am pretty sure).
Heres a crappy link to a page with scans. They're not the good quality scans that I saw. Dont know where that page went to, cant seem to find it anywhere. http://members.tripod.com/Castlevania_X/manga_e.html
Hey you can go to an area they never completed in the saturn one right off by running out the bridge door (hard as crap). The underground gardens. Not much but they have a save spot there. (When you run out of the drawbridge you fall right into this little space. Interesting but ehhh... would have been cool if they had completed it.)
That is so not cool. I can't even believe that.
Nice find. The manga looks fairly cheesy which adds to the awesomeness of the game.
You can do that in the PSX version as Richter. I've never done it, but that's ok. But here's the funny thing about all of this. The Saturn version had the extra areas the PlayStation version didn't have and yet...the PlayStation version was made first. I always thought it was the other way around, but it wasn't the case.
And if you're interested in these areas, the Underground Gardens and the Cursed Prison, http://www.quebecgamers.com/impressions/dracula_x/index.html has videos of them. It has both the normal and inverted areas not to mention footage of Maria as a playable character. The site is in French (Quebec), but all of the stuff is at the bottom of the page.

I've heard it's better than the SNES game--which I have played and have a few complaints about (like annoying music and NOT ENOUGH FERIO!). It's rather easy to find the Saturn MKR game on eBay, sometimes for really cheap, so...
I believe it is better than the SNES title. For what it's worth, finding it on eBay is the way to go, but you'll pay a higher price for a copy that's in better condition.

Someone stole it? Not cool. A move like that calls for immediate hurtage.
I actually haven't seen it. I'll have to find it somewhere. If I can, I'll try and get my hands on the Saturn version. It may be in Japanese, but it's the complete game since a playable Maria and two areas weren't in the PlayStation port. The Saturn port did come out later, but it would be nice to play it at least once.
