Oh, nice work! The hands are actually drawn VERY well, they're just very small. Just practice drawing them bigger and it'll look great!

Yeah. :-X Haven't drawn in years... My sisters killed my inspiration when they told all the things that are wrong or funny etc. in my drawings.
