Still trying to remember how to draw certain body parts. Hands are always my worst, so I prefer hiding them. Thought I would start tracing bodies first to get back into the swing of things. I then have fun drawing Cephiran clothing on said bodies.

What do you think?

Thanks. I hair and fabric I can do (took me an hour to remember HOW to do fabric and Clef's cloak's a bit questionable)... anything else gets questionable.

Give you a hint: The original had characters that are both in a recent series and an old one.

So, I decided I needed a sketch book and markers today....

(ignore the random instagramness... I still haven't hooked up my scanner, and I have too much fun playing with filters)

Think I need to practice drawing ALL THE CHARACTERS!!!

They are the first drawing in my new sketchbook, Suz. I was remembering how I owed you a drawing of them ages ago, and thought I'd give it a go. I probably need to go back to starting over with studies of hands and faces, but I think it turned out quite well for being something like my fourth drawing after years of doodling next to nothing.

More art. Practice run on a pose idea, coloured with the main colours in my collection..... His lower lip is off in the inking of it, but what ever.

Love it! Umi is super pretty here. Wish Clef's hair was a little longer though~

Technically, I wasn't drawing Umi and Clef, but yeah, if I was, his hair would have been wilder and longer.
