I've messed with a few dates so far this year and now it's almost half over and I
still haven't done the Knight weeks that I meant to do! so it's gonna be in June!
- Hikaru Week ♦ June 1 - 7
- Umi Week ♦ June 8 - 14
- Fuu Week ♦ June 15 - 21
fanart, fic, mixtapes, collage, meta, graphics, anything goes! just have fun celebrating each of our girls in turn! <3 there will be themes but of course you don't have to pay any mind to them if you don't want to, they're just to help.

Though I'm afraid Fuu might get the short end of the stick in my case. The 16th-20th is also Royal Ascot Week, and you know I can't pass up an opportunity like that... ;)
ohh dang is that when that is? I forgot. ah well, maybe I'll do something with Fuu and Ascot, that's a relationship that is never explored... I'll be absent for the second half of Umi Week, I just learned. :p
Well, I was thinking maybe just a Royal Ascot Day would work. Just not sure which one to go with.

the "challenge" aspect of before, people seemed to take it a little too much to heart (cause IT'S A TON TO DO I didn't expect anyone to even want to do it all!) I'm not even going to do something for every day of Fuu week, I don't think. I'm hoping to do three fanarts, if even doodles, and two graphics OR fics for each girl. but we'll see how distracted I am in the coming weeks.
I went a little overboard plotting Hikaru's week I'm afraid the other ones will seem empty. XD But I have at least two drawings ready for Fuu (yet only plans for poor Umi so far, but at least they all have stuff for the friendship theme for obvious reasons).
I'm so excited for this tho. XD I might even offer bribes when we get closer, if that`d be bribey enough. XD

I'm working hard-ish! three Hikaru drawings done (one is more on the doodle side but! still!), two Umi ones, and I'm working on one for Fuu Week that is probably going to make everyone upset with me *thumbs up* more than half done! I might have more ideas but my minimum is three drawings for each girl (plus something for Royal Ascot Day in there) I'd like to fic but my brain is actually devoid of all ideas so that's a huge maybe atm
Shit, I need to start working on things for this. At this point, I think I'm only going to do one day for each week - probably the Alternate Universe day so I have a reason to finish figuring out each girl's usual outfit for my MKR/AtLA fusion.

There's talk of a 'Everyone Else Week' in August, maybe? If everyone got their own week, we'll be here all year, haha
I'm not sure how to organize Everyone Else Week because there's so many beloved side characters, definitely more than 7. but I don't want to double-up characters on some days because if someone wants to do stuff for say, all the characters on Monday, they'd have a lot of work to do. my only idea is a free-for-all of Do Stuff For Any Of The Supporting Characters This Week but I don't know how appealing that'd be.
I kind of like the idea of random days, like the Ascot Day next week (still sorry for forgetting about that week, I'd've scheduled H/U/F weeks differently d'oh). like random feast days. instead of an event of weeks and such. I don't want to exhaust the fandom. :x I knew there'd be enough interest for a week for the Knights, at least.
Right now I'm looking at this National Day Calendar (http://nationaldaycalendar.com/calendar-at-a-glance/) for random days that might be fun to use for characters. For example, March 9th is National Napping Day, which could be co-opted as Ferio Day, except I don't think you guys would want to hold out until next March for Ferio.
Of course, by national, they're talking United States, but if we're just using it for inspiration that shouldn't be a big deal.
EDIT: January 10th, Save the Eagles Day. ;D

See, I think this is the easiest way, just have seven prompts and say "THERE. GO AT IT FANDOM."

I would probably forget random days. And then feel sad XD
I like the idea, I don't know that we'd get a swell of participation for one day though? The weeks are long enough that they kinda gather momentum- people keep swing things for a few days and then when they have a chance they get around to adding something. With the days I think we'd have to do more advertising to get people to turn out for them rather than sticking them all in one week of 'celebrate the rest of the cast'.
So I like the days but selfishly I think we'd get more stuff made with a week. XD BUT who says it's one or the other? Could do a week then have days for celebrating individual characters too, like we have the knights birthdays? And those that remember can do something and the rest of us appreciate some more focused reblogging or something like that? So not formal in the same way as the weeks, just kinda a theme day??

Thanks a lot, Suz! The weeks were awesome, it was my first time participating in any kind of fandom week, and I actually got myself to draw some things. I mean, I didn't finish that one Hikaru that was supposed to be for the first day, and I never did do any of somariel's ATLA AU like I wanted, but- There was progress! YAY!
Although it will be nice to get back to my usual Ascot blogging. Also, Mid Knight Skies for Camp Nanowrimo, here I come!
It was super great everyone!!!! Special thanks to suz, for organizing the whole thing!!! But man, the last 3 weeks were amazing. ♥ ♥ I'm so glad that our little fandom was so active, it was the bestest.

gahh you guys are very sweet. yeah I've been so happy with the turnout, everyone seemed to really be having a good time with it including people not from our little circle here. I just love when the fandom is active, it makes me so soo happy <3
