So a question that's been on my mind for ages and I never had any great place to ask. This character below is in the art materials collection, I've always wondered if anyone knows where she was suppose to go? Her name? She's a unused villain I think? I don't recall her ever making it into the anime. I assume she's a villain because she's in the same section as Nova and Debonair I've never even heard anyone mention her. Anyone know? I'm super curious.

it's been 1000 years since I attempted katakana but the bold label says Debonair's soldier! (correct me if I'm wrong ofc)
so yeah, I suspected she was something like that. not sure if it's one or many, my hunch is that this is the design for a bunch of identical minions for Debonair. I have no hope of reading the smaller text though, even if I had a bigger scan, but I bet there's some good info there :b

Oh nice thanks Suz! I was always just curious, too bad the design didn't get used. Would have been kinda cool to have soldiers like her attack Hikaru instead of those weird blue and red, spike like things, but I guess this character looks too human?
On a small side note, I always though that with a little work she could make a cool 'Nova' for Umi. If I had done season 2, and they insisted upon using Nova, I'd have made Fuu and Umi equivocal characters.
