I'm participating! I'm writing a new Pokémon fanfic based on Gold/Silver/Crystal, and I'll try to update my other two major fanfics if I get stuck for inspiration, one of which is Rayearth. So I'm definitely a NaNo rebel but productivity is productivity, right?!

If you have anticipated scheduling issues with NaNo, I recommend setting yourself up a plan at Pacemaker :D

If you want me as a writing buddy, I'm Camisado89

Has anyone started a cabin yet? I was thinking of making one but didn't want to duplicate!

I'll be up for a Skype call if we can coordinate it! Otherwise Rev and I can totally conference in from home if another time is more convenient. =D Skype do group video calls for free now, or Hangouts is great for that too if you've got Google accounts.

Was just gonna add our specific times:

Saturday 12th March, Rev and I will be at Waterloo by approximately 10:00. We're gonna meet Antoinette and go to the aquarium before we have to check in to our apartment.

Tuesday 15th March, we need to be leaving Waterloo at about 13:30 so hopefully we could maybe meet for breakfast with people before we go?

(Rev is with me until Saturday 19th March, I should say for the purpose of video call arranging.)

No real plans otherwise! I might like to go to Westfield in Shepherd's Bush at some point (the restaurants are amaaaazing, I'd love to do Cabana again) but that's all I thought about.

Rev and I will be in London from 12th - 15th March (Saturday to Tuesday), somewhere between Bayswater tube and Paddington tube/mainline stations, above the north west corner of Hyde Park. We'll be using Kings Cross St Pancras as our Northern/Circle change station so that's handy!

If anyone wants to come down to Weymouth (wey-muth!) for a day trip, hit us up later in the week! Be warned it's three hours each way, but it is a nice direct ride from Waterloo.

Aaaand finally if anyone's got a car, justpark.com is awesome and highly recommended, and don't forget the congestion charge.

Ascot is a <1hr mainline train ride from London Waterloo (which is easily accessible on the tube), so you should have no problem getting there that way if all else fails!

Edit: coincidentally, I was only 15 miles away from Ascot today at a supplier meeting. xD

Re: the above, yes I'm happy to do airport runs if/when I rent a car, but I will only be renting it if we're leaving Greater London - I've no problems renting it but I'm not willing to keep paying congestion charges and city parking, haha. But I don't mind getting the tube/train to airports and helping people get back into the city either. I'm v confident on the London Underground and national train network if that helps anyone feel better.

Rev and I might depart just before the latter weekend so she can come celebrate my birthday with me and my family (same day as suz's husband???) but otherwise whatever anyone else wants to do sounds good!

P.S. if you're visiting London for more than a couple of days, it's totally worth looking into the Visitor Oyster Card.

I knooooow. But it was never, I'M THE FOURTH MAGIC KNIGHT kind of nonsense, also Camisado and I did have a 'completely replace the girls' thing going on years and years ago. (Sorry for outing you, bb, but if I'm going down, you're going down with me)

I did! You were Umi, I was Fuu and my friend Helen was Hikaru. I'll have to fish them out sometime. It was when I had long hair and you had short hair, too! Dang.

So, I probably need to run through the entire list of my fanfics that were ever posted on FF.net:

Another AU Fic: where the girls attend my school, Ferio/Clef/Lantis are in sixth-form, and weird shit happens like Ferio getting shot (????? it was never followed up), a lemon that only Rev ever read, and my first long-time OCs, Ferio/Emeraude's aunt and uncle. On the plus side, I met Rev and down through this one!

Another AU Fic, the sequel: Nah.

I can't remember the title of this one but while I was walking the dog for a nice elderly lady in my village, whose son-in-law just happened to be Julian Fellowes (of Downton Abbey fame /namedrop), I based a whole fanfic around Fuu walking Ferio's grandmother's dog, and his dad being a Julian Fellowes equivalent, and god knows what else. It was FULL of OCs, Clef was Ferio's cousin, and Fuu's best friend was a girl called Stevie, and Hikaru and Fuu were only very briefly mentioned. Also inserted-Rev was dating Clef. Good times.

Lane's End: in which Ferio is a vet(erinarian) part-timing as an animal control/welfare officer and he rescues Fuu in his little airport shed after she is knocked over by a luggage truck (WHY DIDN'T HE CALL AN AMBULANCE???). She has amnesia. She goes to live with him, his border collie (Shippu), his one-eyed cat (Frankie), his duck (Nigel) and his Shetland pony (Clover). They fall in love. Clef owns the vets that Ferio works at, Presea is his wife but he's having an affair with Rev. Hikaru works for the RSPCA. Umi is part of the modelling agency Emeraude also works for. I appear in cosplay as Subaru from Tokyo Babylon. Nobody questions anything.

The Next Princess of Cephiro: Ferio and Fuu get married. Fuu gets pregnant. Some weird wind mage captures Fuu because he wants her to be his wife. Ferio and Clef rescue her. Nobody goes to Cephiro-jail. ?????

Townsend's Private Detectives: Based on, of all things, 70s Charlie's Angels and Smokey and the Bandit. Police thing??? Ferio is formerly totes gay with Lantis. He gets all angsty all the time. Umi hooks up with Ascot, Presea is Bosley and Clef is Charlie. There are F1 cars and quad bikes involved. Fuu gets pregnant and flees back to Japan from wherever the flip this thing was set. Ferio goes to Japan and wins her back. I don't fucking know.

Witchcraft: The girls are witches, Ferio has a Shaman King-style spirit accompanying him who is literally Vivian from Paper Mario, and his twin brother, oh my god the first appearance of Daijirou, has a cat thing called Doppelganger. They all attend a school that is v religious, so that all goes down really well. Fuu is well in love with Ferio but he's a stoner and comes from an angsty home (siamese twins separated at birth and omg reunited at school!!!), Daijirou's parents are literally Sally and Flynn from Home and Away, a doctor and a teacher. There's a halloween party where Ferio and Daijirou dress as hookers. Probably there was meant to be some sort of end game thing where they fight to save the world, but I never got that far. Also, the twincest, which Rev and I will never speak of again.

Finally, I can't remember the name, but it was one of my most recent pre-Last Train Home fanfics, and Rev and I fondly refer to it as "Teh Jolly Fic" because it was so damn downright depressing. Ferio has leukaemia, he saves Fuu from getting sexually harassed on the train and they start sort-of dating. Daijirou appears in this fanfic but he's away somewhere being absolutely terrified about donating marrow to save his bro. Then Fuu gets raped. WHY. WHY. I think I had teen depression when I wrote it. There are still ten chapters of this shit in my Dropbox and I'm afraid to read it.

Sorry for the huge post, but I have a lot of shame. xD

Edit: I also caught myself thinking up a super forced plot for a Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun fanfic recently, that even teenage Camisado, who wrote all this bullshit, would think was a bit contrived. Send help.

I might give it another go! I use both geeq_chiq and anotherholic now I've purged all the terrible posts from both of them, haha. I haven't decided which to use for what, yet.

Thanks for organising the thing, suz! I didn't post much due to life, but I want to retrospectively post some Umis and Fuus to match the Hikarus I drew sooo I'm gonna just go ahead and do that and assume it's fine. :P

Thank you everyone else for creating beautiful things! I enjoyed looking and and reading all your beautiful things.

Despite being in hospital forever, Rev scoured the internet for, purchased, and orchestrated the postage of my birthday present, which arrived on Tuesday. \o/

Some of you have already seen it, but here it is, all of my childhood dreams coming true: imgur gallery

(Let's pretend that particular set hasn't only been out for a couple of years.)

I ended up having to quit because I can't fit both NaNo and study in at the same time.

Now I'm just cheering on Rev! And anyone else in this thread that needs cheering on. :D

I'm starting to wonder if I should give up, because I have assignments due at the beginning of next month and still have to cram in all the studying as well. Between full time work and part time study I was just managing it, but I was hoping for this weekend to have time to catch up on about 6-12k words and then I got lumbered with some out of hours work that is not going well so far and half the day's wasted.

But I also don't want to give up on NaNo because I will feel like a failure, hahaha.

Edit: Sorry to vent, I was also feeling super sick! I feel a bit better having shared this and had a cup of tea. xD

I'm doing Reverse NaNoWriMo because I have a bunch of assignments to be doing at the end of the month, haha. I met the first day's word count yesterday and I'm sure I'll make today's, but I haven't written much yet - it's already 17:30 and we're going out to have dinner at my parents'. I'll be okay, I guess!

Good luck everyone, especially those of you that have catching up to do this weekend. :)
