Personally, I tend to end up with a playlist that helps me get into the mindset of the story I am writing. Some are easier to make soundtracks for than others.  I thought it might be nice to have a thread where we can share links to our playlists for others to listen if they like.

It's been all kinds of rainy here the past few days.

It's currently 8°C or 46°F.

I keep being very cold again, like I can't get warm, which is silly. It's not THAT cold. But here I am, sitting in the house wearing fleece leggings under my trousers, three tops and a hoodie to be comfortable when the house is sitting at about 19°C (66°F) when the heating is off during the day.

I've been on a jasmine green tea kick lately.

Yeah, no, that makes sense. I formed that headcanon before I knew anything about how the Japanese school year worked, so Kuu being four years older than Fuu seemed workable and hadn't really thought about it since. I think I'll probably just fudge it by giving Kuu a mid-April birthday, so she's roughly three and a half years older than Fuu.

I based my ages for Masaru and Satoru in large part on how old I think they look. Satoru looks like he's in his mid-to-late twenties at the beginning of the second arc, so that's why I put him as nine years older than Hikaru, especially since he doesn't really look different at the beginning of the epilogue.

As for Masaru, his appearance, at least to me, pretty clearly says that he's out of his teens, but he also looks at least a few years younger than Satoru, so that's why I put him as five years older than Hikaru (and therefore three years older than Kakeru). Plus, as far as I'm aware, Japanese colleges don't require uniforms, so I assumed that the reason he isn't in a uniform at the beginning of the second arc is because he's in college.

Well, I got married because of it, that was a pretty big change XP

I have yet to write a fic where I've worked any of the siblings into it in any meaningful way, so I've no set ages in mind.

Still not sure about what I think on Hikaru's brothers, besides I think I agree with you that Kakeru is only about two years older.

I've updated the list to include all the new little fics.  I haven't posted all of them over on FFN, but perhaps I will at some point.

So back to the topic about Umi/Clef, some may really find it hard to imagine those two together specially on season 1 since their relationship was like a student - mentor thing or cat - dog thing on the 1st episode (which is quite cute). Not even a single hint that those two were going to be an item. I was too surprised on some of season 2 episodes where Clef and Umi did show concern for each other. who would have thought really that Umi would actually have a thing on Clef. Obviously she does have a thing for Clef she just couldn't admit it and i was like (Come on Umi just say you like him!!!) I was really unsatisfied with their story i think it was quite unfair for Umi because she was the only one left without a lover. 

To the immortal thing, I think it depends on the will of the people to live? Mages or anyone with ranks are Cephirians who have a much stronger grip on their will and has much more power to wield it.

AND I ACTUALLY AGREE ON THE UNSATISFYING PART. But, hey, this actually showed how mature Umi's become and how she could wait till the more perfect time to tell him. This just broadens the boundaries of how slow, but sure their bond will be. At least in my point of view.
