Favorite Character Foods

I had an interesting thought while eating some honey dew mellon today. What would my favorite character's favorite food be? I think an insight to their favorite food is almost like an insight to their personality.

Clef I was thinking would like something cool (as in chilled),  not too sweet but soft on the taste buds, and well pleasant. But thats an image of him relaxing with something like a refreshing melon or drink. Though I definately can see him drinking some hot teas.

Well we all know Umi hates sweets, so it can't be anything like cake... I tyhink it said her favorite food was spaghetti... right? I forget, I read it in her profile. I beleive all three knight have a charachter profile that state their favorite food though...

Actually I believe you are right. lol. But for some reason I just cant think of umi as a spaghetti lover. I always think of sushi. I know I know clique but not so much so... Its from the sea, cold (best served I think), and you can always spice it up. ^.^ I know I think of chicken dishes with Fuu. Versitile and hearty,... yup. And I think Ferio would love most chicken dishes too. lol.

Well I suppose they might like those dishes as well, but who knows why Umi likes spaghetti??? You'd have to ask Clamp in order to figure out that one ^_^;;;...

So what would Mokona Like though? Fairies? >.< He seems to put anything in his mouth much like a toddler.

Hahaha! I don't know, probably anything, even the things that arn't edible @_@. Ones things for sure, mokona looks like a manju bun! XD.

Being that I have this weird habit of basing Umi on myself, and my favorite food is also spaghetti, I seem to think she might like something completely different as a second favorite food.  My second is Gyoza.

So Spaghetti may just be a rare meal that she likes but doesn't get very often.  It is so easy to make but I can just see Umi botching it up badly. 

I think Clef will eat nearly anything, but I can see him likeing some sort of a traditional Cephirian meal. (a fish of some sort?) I also see him as able to cook any sort of meal he would want, even if he libves in a castle with a staff who could so it for him, but as my Clef stays awake long hours, I think he doesn't want to bother anyone late at night when he is hungry.

I think Clef's the kind to like Tofu(I don't know why either). Though he probably has some kind of Cephirean dish, like what Milieva said.

It's interesting, Fuu's favourite food is, apparently, sushi. I always imagined her to be the one to like spaghetti, and vice versa. It's like CLAMP just switched it and wanted to see if we'd catch on. o.o;;;

And it's interesting how Umi doesn't like sweet food, when she makes cakes....

Hikaru's favourite food is Ice cream, apparently. Funnily enough, I adore Ice cream. I can take a lot of it without getting sick. Especially Gelatos and Sorbets. *smacks lips*

Lantis's favourite food...I think he'd like apples. Yes, apples. It just seems perfect for him.

Eagle would like fish which he grabs with his talons and sharp beak from diving in the water.

We all know Zazu loves alcohol...

Caldina seems the type to love curry... <3

Lafarga might like something like a boring English dish or something with mashed potatoes...

Presea would like candy, and it's already obvious Geo shares the same sentiment. <3

Mokona doesn't need to eat, since he's the Creator.... ;;;;;

Ascot would like cake...

Ferio would like... uhm.... Elk meat or something. (anything equivalent to that)

Nova would like Hikaru's blood whatever's the opposite of ice cream o_o;;

Given that Chizeta is based on India and the Middle East, I can definitely see Caldina liking spicy foods like curry. Oddly enough, I also see Lafarga as liking such foods once Caldina introduces him to them. In fact, he likes them even spicier than Caldina can tolerate.

I'm pretty sure it's canon that Eagle and Geo both have a sweet tooth. Though I'm not sure if they prefer candy over cake. Geo bakes too apparently? At least according to those little side comics in the anime scripts. (I love those, especially the one that mentions Eagle being able to drink like a fish, and Lantis being a huggy drunk)  Maybe Geo and Umi can bake together sometime? XD I'm sure Eagle and Hikaru will be thrilled, Hikaru's pretty big on sweets too.

Doesn't Fuu say something about liking blow fish in the manga? lol

Lantis doesn't like sweets, just like Umi, funny how they have that one thing in common.

It was in one of the omakes, but yeah, she did. And I think it was specifically that she liked sushi made from the Fugu blowfish.
