Clemi japan + university + magic au ^^
Rating: 12/13ish. I think.

Summary: Clef is a mage whose powers are bound, a student perpetually unable to get his docterate because of it, and the frustration is killing him. Until an undergrad crashes - literally - into his life, a water mage called Umi, who accidentally kicks his life back into motion.

(This is a lousy summary. It's one am and I've had too much tea. XD; )

That's about the entire point of the chapter. ^^; Plot and stuff happens later on in the fic, I swear. XD

(I'm not entirely sure if this is a final draft or not - but I really, really need help with the title, because I can't think of anything better. ^^;;; )
