applied for a credit card through our bank but had to have my husband co-sign since I don't have any history of revolving debt.  we've just happened to get our couple credit cards in his name, and I've never had one and it really is a good idea to.  so no big deal, will use it to buy a pony or something once a month, then pay it off every month.

the sweet part is that when they checked my credit, it's fantastic.  like, really really good.  because I haven't missed a student loan payment in five and a half years.  so even though I don't have a history of revolving credit so I need a co-signer, MY CREDIT SCORE IS AMAZING.

omg.  having met your cats this has me laughing out loud.  I'm glad they have each other though, I'm sure that makes it a LOT less scary for them.

The Lantis and Mokona keychains I bought from Suzanami arrived today. Not only are they adorable, she drew just the cutest little image of Mokona on the envelope.

as for me today, I'm glad that I feel better than yesterday.  I had a nasty bug so I stayed in bed all day (usually when I'm sick I at least camp out on the couch, but nope, extra sickface)  today the fever/chills/aches are gone and I just have a stuffy nose.  which... is like the worst and I'd kind of rather have the aches and chills, I hate it that much.  BUT at least I got myself out of bed by 3pm...  and there's soup in the slow cooker *u*
