What made your day today?

Earlier today, I was pining for a Creme Egg (a chocolate egg with nice stuff inside...).
Then my friend went out and bought me one.
Then wouldn't let me pay her back.
It's the little things that make me happy :3
Should have wished for unicorns.

This would be my what made my day for yesterday, but it was SO BRILLIANT and VERY RAYEARTH and I HAD TO SHARE, XDDDDDDD

First off, I WENT TO TOKYO TOWER.

...and wandered about it SQUEAKING a lot. XDDDD But I wasn't taken to Cephiro. TT_TT

...I DID, however, spot Certain Buildings from the observation deck - the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (X, anyone? XD) which I'd seen much closer the day before... and THE BUILDING. THAT ASCOT DROPS ON CLEF. IN THE OVA.

XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

(and, yes, I bought some of the chick shaped okashi. haven't tried them yet, though. XD)

then we went to Odaiba - my friend and I worked out that the quickest way to get there would be to use the Yurikamome line. And I spent about five minutes wondering why that sounded so familiar, before my brain kicked in and went FUU. RAYEARTH OVA. Automated train line!!! ...and it was. XD (It was also very cool.)

...and not only did Odaiba turn out to be where the Clef-crushing-building is, but also the place where Umi wakes Selece. (which makes sense, now I think about it. XD)

...and we went across the Rainbow Bridge. XDDD (X, again. XD)

All in all, it was a scarily Rayearth-based day of sightseeing, that one. XDDDDDDDDDD Much fun! (will picspam at some point!)

That was quite the day.  One of these days I'll get to experience that too...I hope.

Omg, Down, that's incredible :0

Well, er, today; I got home and the freezer was defrosting everything, so my mother handed me a tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream and said "Here, eat this"
I wasn't going to protest.
:D
It was Phish Food flavour, if you're interested.
Should have wished for unicorns.

EVERYONE should get to have a day like that one! There should be a fund or something. "Get Rayearth fans to Tokyo to Fangirl all day, and increase the happiness in the world!!!"

...only without the getting back to the hostel in the evening and realising an hour later that you are running a fairly high tempetature. ^^;;; (payment for the glee?)

I am now officially ILL, I think, (it's hard to be unbiased! and I can't ask anyone else because they'll fuss. ^^;) but I don't care! Because I can sleep the next few days without worries, and I am still so high that being ill cannot make me down. *amused at self*

Also, I have trapped Mils into Who, hehe, and watching the things my brain does when ill is always funny. XD

(My logic is almost never understood by anyone but me - and J-chan, usually - anyway. When ill? Even I don't know how I get from a to k. XDD)

I had glandular fever badly recurring for about three years in high school. Um, 13-16. this flu bug thing seems petty and pathetic in comparasion. Silver lining? XD;;;

eta: PHISH FOOD

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

*wants* XD

Its so nice out today, and I got the complete first season of CSI: MIAMI. Mmmmmm Horatio.

>.> And Im planning on giving my long haired cat a lion cut today (may or not make my day depending on how much he scratches me up compared to how funny he looks afterward - its getting too hot for him already ).

Down, that building has something to do with Fuji Film, but I cannot think of it right off.

Made my day today.... Well, I finally finished Doctor Who.

I watched Army of Ghosts before I left for my job. So I was on edge for seven hours wanting to know what happened next. I am now physically ill with grief for the characters. I suppose it is empathy of sorts. I know that feeling, but not so completely.  And he never got a chance to tell her that he loves her.

On the bright side, I also read I Am a Dalek today. That made me giggle a few times. Definitely the bit about the Dalek getting a girlfriend, because they were all starting to wonder.

But honestly, I fear what my reaction will be to the end of Pirates 3 if I am so saddened by a series I only started a week and half ago.

I did actually try to read the notice boards outside, but, uh, cannot remember a thing taty said. ^^;;;

Re: doomsday ((((((((((((((((HUGS MILS)))))))))))))))))))

I KNOW. ;_; But then, I always treat it as a good show, if something manages to drag me in so much that the ending breaks me just as it breaks the characters... ((though that getting half way through it and stopping? though for different reasons? Made me yell YOU CAN'T DO THAT CLEF DID THAT STOPPIT! XD))

I was kinda numb the first time I watched the ending, a family friend had just died, I was home for the funeral, and watching it leaning against my Mum. ^^; The second time, it made me cry again, though. And that was all it.

as for PotC3... well, at least it's disney, not beeb? Disney doesn't tend to go as dark... ... ...

I almost cried at the Doctor Who finale.
But I only didn't because t'family were in the room.

Ahh, today.
It may not seem much, but it's like, major to me.
I did my biology homework. On a day before it's due in.
Without copying the markscheme. Or my friend's.
I feel so accomplished.
:D
Should have wished for unicorns.

Just to continue on with this silly kick.

I am now the proud owner of the Doctor Who soundtrack.  My gran was out this evening, so I blasted the two vocal songs on the main stereo system. Mind you my grandfather once sold electronics, so it is old, but works brilliantly.  Nice large loud speakers that live behind the side tables.  my dog was not happy with me for it

After I went through my psychological evaluation of myself, I feel better.  I know why it hurt so much that I was still crying off an on today.  It wasn't just the episode, it ripped at an old wound I have pushed back so deep as to have nearly forgotten it.

Oh! How I ended up purchasing the soundtrack... I have one of those Border's Books member's card things. (Borders being a large book shop chain here in the US) I recieved a nice coupon today for some percentage off one item.  Me having a lack os self control, decided I would go by the second box set.  I found it, but decided to wander a bit before asking someone to open the glass case for me.  I walked by the soundtrack section to find the Doctor Who sound track sitting out of place in full view as if waiting for me. The clerk at the till was amusing.  I set my items on the counter and he states 'Ah! The good Doctor.'

I have been so giddy since.   I just needed to spend money to feel better. ^.~

(hee, congrats, Revolutionnaire! XD I know the feeling. Biology homework hurts the soul. >.> (Though my worst course  for that was history of art... writing essays under the desk in the lesson before hand. More than once. Such a good student, me. ^^;;;) )

Dr Who soundtrack = HEEE. ^^

MY PLUMBING IS FIXED!!!

I may have forgotten how to do chest compressions sorrectly for CPR (this is bugging me VERY MUCH) BUT MY PLUMBING IS FIXED!

I CAN FLUSH THE LOO WITHOUT MY BATHROOM FLOODING THROUGH THE FLOOR DRAIN.

I can run water into any of the sinks! I can even TAKE A SHOWER.

THIS BE GOOD

((yes still ill fairly random brain dead heh.))

I had wontons with cream cheese in them. Ahhh the simplicity at times of my life and what will make me happy.

Welcome to the Eagle Vision Show!

I learnt four new kanji!

...no, wait, that's pathetic as all the studying that managed to hit my brain today. >.>

...I'm partially temporarily death in one ear? Um.

...

I was a dork and painted the extra tsubasa figures I have, so I now have two different Syaorans and a before/after Fai? XD oh dear. (then I body swapped the heads about. I'm six, really. XD)

It's St Patricks Day! Happy St Patricks day! ^^ (don't get TOO drunk, anyone!)

Woohoo Rivalry day. >.> Now all I'll have to do is hit everyone that cracks an irish joke except that out drinking and dancing one, I like that one. The Plunketts are Irish, but for some reason one of my teachers is always 'Plunkett, thats a good English name.' My Granda would have socked him one right there. meh

wear green!
yay!

Patterns at our fabric store in town are only 99cents so I will be partaking in lots of them. woot!

(don't get TOO drunk, anyone!)

I did that last night

It doesn't feel like St Patrick's Day. Normally, the nearby city (second biggest in England) gets really busy and the traffic is awful, because they close off roads to allow drunks to roam about. However, I was there today (whilst hungover X__x) and it was just as normal.

Oh yes, what made my day today:
Waking up in a house full of good friends and generally feeling content with life.
(i.e. nothing too interesting happened today)

Should have wished for unicorns.
