The SNES Game

I found the game and emulator again while browsing the old MKR page review site. Of course it is now installed on my office PC.  I couldn't help myself.  If anyone else is interested in playing, you can find the info http://www.fantasyanime.com/animerpgs/magicknights.htm.

They have walk-throughs and all.

Mind you, I had to change audio and video output so I could actually see and hear it, but it seems to work great.   I'll let you know how it is.

I haven't played this in some time actually.  I have finished it.  I've seen two endings, but part of me thinks there's a third ending that I may have missed.  I happened upon one ending by complete happenstance.  I won't give out any spoilers cause that would be a jerk thing to do...even though I admit I can be a jerk at times.

I thought the game was pretty well done.  I'm surprised it never made it to the US.  Considering when it came out, it was at the height of the SNES/SFC age.  Games like Chrono Trigger and Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrals were taking the US by storm and leaving gamers in awe of what the SNES/SFC was truly capable of doing.  I feel like this game could have done the same, but it only caters to the fans of the series in my opinion.  Sure it does the whole linear storyline, but there's a bigger connection to the game with fans from my standpoint.  You know what's going to happen.  You know what you have to do.  And then the game does a few things differently.  Like with the Saturn game, even fans are wondering just what will happen next.

I only ever got to the water shrine, but was never able to reach Selece.  I really want to play it again someday...  I'm glad that site's still up!

Welcome to the Eagle Vision Show!

That's easy enough to fix.  All you need is a CR2032 battery for the Saturn.  Pop open the slot on the back of the console and you should see where the battery goes and you're good to go.

This makes me wish I had the backup memory card.  It's very difficult to find those and if you do find one, it isn't cheap.

Why didnt I think about trying to fix it? Thanks Rogue! derp. Although if you dont think about it, it gets shoved to the back of your mind. At least most of the older systems are fairly easy to fix. Had to reapply thermal paste in my ps3 recently as its been having over heating issues. Thankfully the motherboard appears to be in good shape.

Ahh, it's not a big deal.  And you're welcome. :)

I should really do the same, but my problem is that I'm just too lazy.
