How do their spawn grow?

So yeah.

The offspring, love children, spawn of a Magic Knight + Cephiran...  Would they age normally or would they be subject to the laws of Will Determining One's Physical Age?  This has been bothering me.  And I can't make up my mind which it would be.

I'm leaning towards a scenario where they naturally age normally, but still have the ability to age themselves according to mental age.  I don't even know where to start as far as how long they live comes in.  Maybe it's not a Cephiran thing in the blood, but in location?  *doesn't even know*

I think it depends on the child, and my thoughts are still rooted in Tolkien because I have an Elven addiction.  Tolkiens elves grow at a human rate until they are around three/five and then they grow at a slower rate. Being full grown by 50.  But I think the child could grow as fast as they like. What child wouldn't want to be young and innocent for years longer than they need to be.

That is an interesting thought since it really has no true answer only a number of interpretation and ideas.  My Huki will age at a normal rate given that he shall be born on earth and live there until he is nearly seven.  But there are two others that will be born in Cephiro... and i am not sure about them.

But...do you have any idea how awesome it would be for a three year old to decide to look...like 50?  But I think it has to do primarily with being in Cephiro and having the power to manipulate one's will according to that system rather than just being of Cephiran decent...although it would be funny if someone wrote a fic where they crossed over to Earth and suddenly looked their ages (that means Clef would be, like....dead ~_^ ).

I always thought that it had to do with the location. It's their Will that causes the Cephirans to look whatever age they want, and the Magic Knights use their Will to accomplish things while in Cephiro, so I assume that means they could change how they looked if they wanted to. The same applies to their children.

Well, I have been thinking about this....again.  Rayearth eats my soul.

I believe that their children age at what we would consider a normal rate until they understand and can work the power of will regarding bodily aging. Because an infant wouldn't understand "if I don't want to, I don't have to grow up".  I think the child would need to be able to understand abstract thought, and that is different for everyone.

I think your right Mils. The child, I do believe, would age normally to a point predetermined by location, will, and parential geneologies. The normal Cephirean of little will seems to age normally, and I would go so far as to say that will is some what of a genelogical trait. Ferio, Emeruade for example had exemplory will. This may not always be the case however. hmmm..
